•  Faxed copies of this document are considered original

*New Creation Studio LLC will make every effort to package the finished CD's/DVD's in such a way to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping, but we do not guarantee that the shipping company will handle your package with care, therefore, we can not be held responsible for it if any damage should occur.

**New Creation Studio LLC will test the finished CD's/DVD's on multiple CD/DVD players, but we do not guarantee that the CD/DVD will play on your CD/DVD player.
